Carlos Lascurain is a Principal for Sendero Acquisitions LP. He joined the company in 2006, and is responsible for several Texas Department of Transportation projects. As Project Manager of the Highway 281 expansion in Falfurrias, Texas, he worked directly with TxDOT (Pharr District) and managed the acquisition of 53 parcels, including residential and business relocations. As Acquisition Agent, he worked directly with TxDOT (El Paso District) on a portion of the expansion of FM 76, and was responsible for the acquisition of 18 parcels, including residential and business relocations. Work was performed in conformance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, state, and federal guidelines.

Prior to joining the AR/WS team, Mr. Lascurain was a Project Manager and Right of Way Agent with Coates Field Service, for five years, where he worked directly with public agencies on several projects. He worked with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on the realignment and expansion of Interstate 40 (Oklahoma City/115+ parcels; residential, business relocations); the expansion of the Interstate 235/NW 36th Street interchange (Oklahoma City/10 parcels, 16 easements); and the expansion of State Highway 74 (Edmond/8 parcels, 4 easements). In Texas, as Acquisition Agent, Mr. Lascurain worked with TxDOT on the expansion of Interstate 10(Katy Freeway) in Houston and the expansion of FM 76 in El Paso (40 parcels). He managed the acquisition of 36 parcels for drainage easements (Pharr District); and the expansion of Garcia Street in Roma (67 parcels). He also worked with the Hidalgo County Irrigation District on the acquisition of five parcels for underground drainage easements; and the Donna Irrigation District on the acquisition of two parcels for right of way irrigation easements.
