Mr. Carroll is a 2013 graduate of West Texas A&M University, Canyon, Texas, where he received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science. He is OSHA 1910.120 certified and has been trained in hazardous waste management and soil sampling.

Mr. Carroll is experienced in leasing minerals for oil and gas exploration and negotiating prices with multiple landowners. Before joining Sendero Acquisitions LP, Mr. Carroll was an Intern with Impact Chemical Technologies, Midland, Texas. He shadowed supervised and workers dealing with down hole chemicals. He observed daily operations, conducted monthly and daily health and safety inspections of the plant and chemical treaters in the field and was trained in the preparation of OSHA reports. He also tested wells for the source of hydrogen sulfide leaks. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Carroll was an Intern in Soil Sampling for Alpine Petroleum in Abilene, Texas. He collected soil samples for oil and gas exploration.
